Our Mission
Liberia Mission outreach is a vision of Rev. Henry Peabody. After spending seven years on a refugee Camp, Henry was opportune to come to the USA through a scholarship provided by a Georgian Missionary, Dr. Michael Helms. While in the USA, Henry Studied at Truett McConnell College and Mercer University majoring in Sociology and Christianity.
Henry served as a missionary in South Korea, Guatemala, and Costa Rica. Why in Costa Rica Henry became passionate about the people of Owensgrove and shared with his good friend and spiritual father, Rev Wade Graber about going to Owensgrove. Since 1999, Henry has traveled to Owensgrove Liberia on short term Mission trips providing help to the people of Owensgrove and other villages in Liberia to take the glory of the gospel to meet the needs of the People.
Our Mission & Services
Liberia Mission Outreach is an international, Christian ministry called to the task of evangelizing, providing short term assistance, and discipleship to the underprivileged people of Owensgrove Liberia, West Africa with the message of hope and plan of Jesus Christ. This call involves a commitment to provide assistance to the Owensgrove clinic, develop and restore war torn Churches and provide basic training. Liberia Mission Outreach inspires and instills within people the desire to fulfill their potential in life with a sense of dignity, belonging, and destiny. Liberia Mission Outreach plans to work cooperatively with others of mutual purpose in accomplishing the task before us
